| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,价值管理逐渐成为西方管理界最为盛行的一种管理思潮。本文从新制度主义的视角对西方价值管理的理财环境变化、价值管理目标、权力配置和理论前提进行了批判,阐述了价值管理的个体主义方法论存在系统观念和伦理价值缺乏,导致企业内在价值丧失的局限性,提出价值管理必将向融合利益相关者的一种新型价值管理模式转化,为我国价值管理模式的构建和发展提供启发。

| Abstract: | Since 1980s,value management is becoming a popular thought.This article criticized the financial environment changes,the management objectives,power distribution and the theoretical premise of value management.This article elaborated individualism methodology of the value management lack of system view and ethical value,which lead to the limitation of the intrinsic value.This article put forward value management will transform into a new value management model include the integration of stakeholder.It is enlightening for building and development our own model of value management in China. |
