| Abstract: | With the further reform of marketization and electricity coal prices rising, our country＇s electricity generation market environment has had the new change, new issues emerged in the new electricity regulatory in the new situation. This paper first analyzed the current problems, and then proposed improvements based on the regulatory experience of developed domestic and foreign markets. |
