| 摘 要： | 运用产业经济学及制度经济学的相关知识,本文分析了我国电信产业组织结构现状,而后围绕我国电信产业发展的历史脉络,归纳了我国电信产业组织结构演进的三个阶段,从技术和制度两个方面来对电信产业组织结构演进的动因进行了分析,进而明确我国电信产业改革的走向。

| Abstract: | Applying some theories of industrial economics and institutional economics,this paper analyzes the status quo of the organization structure of China’s telecom industry.Then this paper bases on the history of the development of China’s telecom industry,defined the three steps of the evolvement of telecom industry structure.From both technical point and institutional point,the causation of the organizational structure evolvement is analyzed to clear the reform toward of China’s telecom industry. |
