| Abstract: | The scientific outlook on development is Marxism world view and methodology about development, which comes down in one continuous line with the third whole-show of CCP. The scientific outlook on development promoted the forth emancipate minds and exploited new ambit of socialism methods with Chinese-style, which is a powerful weapon to solve many problems in socialism practice. |
