基于“一二二四”模式的人力资源管理专业实践教学体系

摘    要:近几年来,学校为改善教学条件,采取引进师资、订购图书、添置设备等措施,使教学质量得到了极大的提高。然而,实践教学环节由于种种原因成为制约专业发展的“瓶颈”。为了解决这一问题,根据系统工程原理,结合人力资源管理专业特色,我们提出了“一二二四”模式的实践教学体系,并基于此构建了实践教学框架体系,凸现了教学框架、实施举要、保障机制的三保险链条。

Abstract:According to principles of systems engineering, combining with features of human resources management, this article puts forward practical teaching system of "one-two-two-four" model, and establishes practical teaching system framework based on it ,discusses safeguard system of its implementation, highlights three insurance chains including teaching framework, implementation summary and safeguard mechanisms.
