论中小企业集群的演化

中小企业集群作为一种企业间组织形式,有其自身的演化规律和特点.本文在回顾企业生命周期理论的基础上,认为中小企业集群的形成演化在经历孕育期、成长期、成熟期后,会出现三种路径:一是集群实现持续发展;二是集群走向衰亡、解体;三是由于成本或其他方面原因导致集群向其他地区转移.本文以大唐袜业中小企业集群为例对我国中小企业集群的演化机理进行分析,认为要实现中小企业集群的持续发展,必须保持集群创新力和控制力的动态统一,加强集群的根植性,防止其向外迁移.

On Evolution of the Cluster of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

The cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) is a kind of new type organization among enterprises, which has its own evolution rule and characteristic. On the basis of reviewing enterprise's life-cycle theory, this paper thinks that after going through pregnant period, growth stage and mature period, the evolution of the cluster of SMEs will present three kinds of routes: First, the cluster realizes developing continuously; Second, the cluster moves towards declining; Third, the cluster moves away to another places because of the cost and other reasons. Taking the cluster of SMEs of Datang socks industry as an example, this paper analyzes the evolution mechanism of the cluster of SMEs in our country and thinks the way to keep sustainable development of the cluster of SMEs is to balance the power between innovating and controlling and taking root in the cluster of SMEs to prevent SMEs making a move.
