论商品过度包装的法律规制

商品包装过度是经济领域中的不正常现象,已恶化成为日益严重的社会问题,然而我国现有法律规范对治理过度包装问题存在片面性和不完整性,已有规范欠缺操作性,强制性执行标准零散,最突出的问题是至今没有针对商品过度包装现象的统一性法律。故从法律治理上讲,应当加强发展循环经济方面的立法,完善强制性执行标准,构建治理措施齐全的法律制裁手段和权利救济体系。

On the Legal Regulation of Excessive Packaging of Goods

Economically,excessive packaging of goods is abnormal and has become a serious social problem.Concerning governance of over-packaging problems,our existing laws and regulations are incomplete and ineffective.It means that we lack efficient legal means to tackle the problem.Therefore,it is imperative that we should speed up legislation concerning circular economy,improve the mandatory standards and build a full range of legal sanctions and rights relief system in order to control over-packaging problems.
