| Abstract: | This paper considering the characteristics of rural electricians together with their positive motivations,has constructed a model of managing rural electricians from Chaohu Power Supply Co.,Ltd.by resorting to the framework of expectancy theory proposed by Vroom.The constructed model has found applications to the design of professional management programs in Chaohu Power Supply Co.,Ltd.in order to stabilize rural electricians and to achieve the sustainable development of rural electricity as well. |
