| 摘 要： | 当前我国商业街建设如火如荼,各地纷纷掀起＂造街＂热潮,其中以杭州最为显著,商业街经济正强力助推着我国城市化进程和区域产业繁荣。本文围绕科学发展观要求,以杭州商业街发展模式为例,探析社会主义市场经济条件下商业街建设基本原则和管理运行模式,把握商业街建设战略,为深入推动各地商业街又好又快发展提供有益参考,有利于加速我国城市化进程,提升人民群众物质文化生活水平。
