| 摘 要： | 粮食主产区建设是实现粮食安全的保证,对促进我国经济社会稳定和社会主义新农村建设具有重要的作用.阐述了粮食主产区建设与粮食安全的密切关系,分析了当前粮食主产区建设中存在的主要问题,在此基础上,就如何进一步加强粮食主产区建设,实现其健康、可持续发展提出了八个方面的建议.
