| Abstract: | With the reform and openning, the national class economic technique development area （here after refers to as＂ national class development area＂） emerge with the tide of the times.Fix attention on in the national class development area community of this special district, pass as to it＇s develop the research of the process, existing problem and the development opportunity etc., the first step puts forward a class with national stage to develop the development strategy of the area from now on. |
