| 摘 要： | 经济园区是改革开放条件下新的经济运作模式，各类经济园区已经成为山东利用外资、扩大进出口的重要载体和各地经济发展新的增长点。面对新的经济形势和竞争态势，山东经济园区要在比较借鉴省外园区的基础上认识到自身的不足和缺陷，取长补短。本文在分析山东经济园区基本情况的基础上，比较山东经济园区与省外优秀园区之间的综合实力和发展特色，并提出加快山东省经济园区发展的政策建议。
