城市水环境质量问题与改善措施

城市水环境在城市发展中具有生活与生产、防洪排涝、生态和景观以及文化娱乐等功能,但水体污染造成的水质恶化使城市水环境失去了其生态功能,制约着城市的生存和健康发展.为此,本文提出了节约用水、控制点源和面源污染、加强城市绿地建设、生态修复城市水体等改善城市水环境质量的具体措施.

Problems and solutions for water quality in urban aquatic entironment

The water body pollution worsens the water quality and make the urban aquatic entironment losing its ecologic function, such as providing water resource, defensing flood, amusement and culture function, ecologic balance and landscaping function, et al. Because the degradation of urban aquatic entironment could restrict the existing and healthful development of city, in order to improve the urban aquatic entironment, this paper tables several proposals: to economize water, to control pollution resource and limit discharge of polluted water, to increase urban green-land area, to remedy the urban aquatic ecosystem.
