浅析西藏水电开发对区域产业结构调整的作用

根据西藏产业结构和水电能源开发现状,分析了西藏水电能源的储藏量及开发程度,指出水电能源的开发能够极大地促进西藏产业结构的调整。明确西藏未来产业结构的调整趋势,必须大力发展第二产业,进一步论证了水电开发能加快产业结构的合理化,促进产业结构的优化升级以及正确引导产业结构的可持续发展,提出了西藏水电成功开发的若干建议。

Role of hydropower development in Tibet on adjustment of regional industrial structure

Based on the industrial structure and the status of hydropower development in Tibet,the reserves and development degree of hydropower energy in Tibet were analyzed.The development of hydropower energy was proposed to significantly promote the adjustment of industrial structure in Tibet.The adjustment trend of the future industrial structure was determined,and the secondary industry should be greatly developed.It was further demonstrated that the hydropower development could speed up the rationalization of industrial structure,facilitate the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and guide the sustainable development of the industrial structure.Some recommendations for the successful development of hydropower in Tibet were put forward.A conclusion is drawn that the development of hydropower energy in Tibet plays an important role in the regional adjustment of the industrial structure.
