| 摘 要： | 通过对国外科技中介机构的现状概括与特点分析，为我国药学技术经纪机构的发展提供参考。方法运用归纳与演绎的分析方法介绍美国，日本，欧洲科技中介机构在运行过程中的特点，进而提出我国发展药学技术经纪机构的四点建议。结论发展我国药学技术经纪结构应从法律法规，政策扶持体系的建立；专业化，全立位的服务模式的完善。注重跨区域，网络化平台的建设，高等院校科技资源的转化四个方面入手。

| Abstract: | This text mainly uses the analytical method summed up and deduced to introduce the characteristic of U.S.A., Japan, European scientific and technological intermediary, and then propose four suggestions for our technological brokerage organization of pharmacy. Developing the technological brokerage organization of pharmacy of our country needs to be started with four respects： complying with the laws and regulations and other support on policy; completion of specialized, omni-directional service mode; paying attentiou to the construction of the trans-regional, networked platform; transformation ofthe scientific and technological resources of scientific institution and universities. |
