| Abstract: | The development of economy demands the cultivation of talents with applied technology.Taiwan accumulates rich experiences in training quasi-professional personnel and it offers references for other provinces.This paper firstly clarifies the connotation of cultivating model of higher vocational talent,and then summarizes the concrete measures and experiences of Taiwan in hope to illuminate the reform and development of talent cultivation in other provinces. |
