| 摘 要： | 房地产信息失真主要源于房地产信息形成处理机制的不完善。解决房地产市场信息失真问题,必须加强对信息采集、信息处理、信息发布环节的管理,完善房地产信息披露制度,并大力发展房地产电子政务网,实现数据采集、信息处理、信息发布的及时性、准确性、真实性。

| Abstract: | Information distortion from real estate market mainly originates from the imperfect system of real estate information formation and treatment.In order to solve the problem,measures should be taken to strengthen the management of information collection,treatment and release,and improve information disclosure system.It should also be done to highly develop electronic government affairs network on real estate,and achieve prompt,accurate and authentic information collection,treatment and release. |
