| 摘 要： | 高校学生干部在加强思想政治教育与教育管理中具有重要作用。加强对学生干部的教育培养,有利于提高其综合素质与能力,改进学习、工作与生活作风,促进人才培养;有利于开展思想政治工作,维护校园稳定和正常教学秩序;有利于推进管理与服务,构建和谐校园。

| Abstract: | Student cadres in colleges play an important role in strengthening ideological and political education and educational management.By strengthening education and training of student cadres,it will be helpful to improve their comprehensive quality and ability,improve their style of study,work and life,which is useful in talent training.Furthermore,it is useful for carrying out ideological and political work,maintaining campus stability and normal teaching order.It is also beneficial to advance management and service,to construct harmonious campuses. |
