乡村旅游地公共服务设施满意度评价——以乌鲁木齐县为例

通过建立乡村旅游公共服务设施满意度评价指标体系和层次分析模型、结合问卷调查法、实证分析和影响因素分析等方法,针对现状需求与满意度展开研究,围绕居民和游客进行问卷调查,选取乌鲁木齐县辅以实证研究。调查分析结果表明乡村公共服务设施中文体科技及社会福利需求量较大且现状不满足需求,乡村旅游部分的交通服务设施中外部交通及接待服务设施中娱乐设施需求量较大且现状不满足需求,研究结果可作为乌鲁木齐县公共服务设施配置依据。

Satisfaction Evaluation of Public Service Facilities in Rural Tourism Areas——Taking Urumqi county as an example

Through the establishment of the rural tourism public service facility satisfaction evaluation index system and analytic hierarchy process model, combined with questionnaire survey method, empirical analysis and influence factor analysis, the research is carried out on the current demand and satisfaction, centering on residents and tourists to carry out the questionnaire survey, and urumqi county is selected to supplement with the empirical research.Investigation and analysis results show that there is a great demand for culture,technology and social welfare in rural public service facilities,and the status quo does not meet demand. In the rural tourism public service facilities,the external transportation service facilities and entertainment facilities in reception service facilities is in the great demand,and the current situation does not meet the requirements.The research results can be used as the basis for the allocation of public service facilities in urumqi county.
