企业战略联盟类型与影响探析

国内外学者对战略联盟的特征、动因、边界、优势以及建立方式开展了大量的研究,但对企业之间战略联盟类型的研究却很少涉及。本文从战略联盟产生的现实动因与理论背景出发,依据企业之间战略联盟的竞争与合作两个关系维度的强弱组合,将企业之间的战略联盟关系划分为合作竞争型、合作型、竞争型、松散型四种类型,并探讨了四种类型的特点及其对企业发展的影响。

The Relationships of Corporate Strategic Alliances: the Categories and Effects

A lot of studies have been carried out on characteristics,causes,boundaries,merits and constructing ways of strategic alliances in both China and foreign countries,while the categories of corporate strategic alliances are seldom studied.Based on the realistic causes and theoretic background of strategic alliances,the paper classifies corporate strategic alliances into four types: cooperation-competition type,cooperation type,competition type,and weak relation type according to the combination of the two elements of competition and cooperation of the corporate strategic alliance.The characteristics of and the influence on corporate development are discussed.
