| 摘 要： | 近来国际社会对非法移民的报导日益增多,偷渡之风愈演愈烈,非法移民逐渐成为一个国际问题,对国际社会产生重大影响。该现象不仅遭到被偷渡国及其人民的强烈反对,而且遭到国际社会强烈谴责;与此同时,国际社会已进一步加强合作,采取有效措施大力打击非法移民现象。笔者认为在２１世纪非法移民现象将会得到有效遏制。

| Abstract: | The report about the illegal immigration by the world medium has increased recently,and the illegal immigration has gradually become a world-wide problem and resulted in a great effect on the international community,which is naturally condemned by the public opinion all over the world and measures should be taken to fight against it.In the eyes of the author the phenomenon of illegal immigration will be suppressed efficiently. |
