摘    要:
农业产业化企业品牌化对于推进农业生产标准化、带动农户增收及提升区域综合竞争力具有重要的意义。新疆兵团农业产业化企业存在品牌营销难度大、品牌管理混乱、品牌营销观念落后、经营品牌资产意识淡漠等问题。而兵团组织的多重属性是品牌成长的内生障碍因素,地理环境造就的绿洲经济特征和人的思想观念的封闭性是品牌成长的市场和环境制约因素,应通过转变思想观念,统筹城乡发展等,促进兵团农业产业化企业品牌的发展。
