| 摘 要： | 随着经济的进一步发展和国家对外开放力度的进一步加大,近几年来,我国旅游业进入了高速发展时期,行业对旅游人才的需求也进一步加大,同时推动了高职旅游教育的迅速崛起。目前,我国高职旅游专业在培养模式、课程设置、师资力量等方面存在许多亟待解决的问题。本文就是分析现实中存在的这些问题,找到存在这些问题的原因,并且总结出了解决这些问题的对策。
