| 摘 要： | 针对当前高校辅导员发展现状,提出辅导员开展职业生涯规划理念,通过高校和个人来共同为辅导员进行职业生涯规划,将辅导员的个体发展与高校发展有机结合起来,并提出了辅导员从思想政治教育、大学生职业生涯规划指导等几个方面做为发展方向。

| Abstract: | In view of the current status of development of university counselors,ideas of developing career planning for counselors is put forward and it can be carried out through both colleges and person to combine the individual development of counselor and development of universities.Development direction is proposed from aspects,such as counselors' ideological and political education,college students' career planning and guidance etc. |
