| Abstract: | Employability is the embodiment of the overall strength of college students.Poor students in higher vocational college are in a weak position in employment because of the economic pressure,psychological problems,lack of skills and other factors.We must enhance the employability of disadvantaged students from solving the economic difficulties,eliminating psychological problems and establishing an integrated training system. |
