摘    要:人力资源经理素质的高低直接影响了部门的工作业绩和工作效率,进而影响企业的经济效益和发展进步。基于AHP层次分析模型的人力资源经理的素质研究,有利于认识人力资源经理的素质结构和各素质所占有的权重和地位,为企业的发展和遴选人力资源经理提供有益的帮助。

Abstract:The qualities of the human resource managers directly affect the performance and efficiency of the department,further influence the enterprise's benefits and development.The study about the qualities of human resource managers based on the AHP hierarchical analysis model can help to understand the the quality of structure and the proportion and status of every qulity,help to develop the enterprise and to select human resource managers.
