摘    要:为了研究组织对钢二氧化碳腐蚀的影响,采用不同珠光体含量的铁素体-珠光体钢进行了高压CO2腐蚀实验,并通过定量金像分析研究了珠光体含量同钢的腐蚀形貌和腐蚀速率之间的关系。实验结果表明,由于珠光体含量不同,不同的钢在相同的条件下产生局部腐蚀的温度范围相差很大。珠光体含量越高,局部腐蚀程度越低;钢中珠光体含量在82%以上时,不发生局部腐蚀。在CO2腐蚀过程中,铁素体-珠光体钢中的珠光体作为阴极、铁素体相作为阳极发生电偶腐蚀。珠光体含量越高,阳极腐蚀电偶电流密度越大。在55℃时,随着钢中珠光体含量的增加,腐蚀速率增加。
