心理学视野下高师幸福教育策略研究

摘    要:目前高师教育功利化、实用化倾向严重,幸福教育严重缺失。文章从心理学的视角出发提出高师幸福教育的二维(教师与学生)三层面(积极情感、消极情感、生活满意度)模式。认为高师幸福教育的源头在于教师幸福快乐的施教,终结在于学生幸福快乐的发展。高师幸福教育应重视师生幸福感的相互"感染",重视个体的职业幸福观教育、幸福能力的培养和幸福习惯的养成。
