摘    要:商业银行如何在日益竞争激烈的竞争环境中取胜?为了解决此问题,本文首先通过对顾客满意、顾客忠诚、顾客保留及三者之间的关系进行综述,然后对商业银行客户保留策略综述,为银行制定客户保留策略提供借鉴。

Abstract:How does the commercial bank win in the increasingly fierce competition? In order to solve this problem,we first reviewed the customer satisfaction,customer loyalty,the customer retention and the relationship between the three,then summarized the customers reserve strategy for commecial bank for reference.
