| Abstract: | This paper describes the target control mode in the theory of modern project management,analyzes characteristics of a variety of typical control measures and problems in the current cost management of power grid construction,and based on the analysis,how to develop integrated control and management,goals identified+positive tracking+effective control,in cost management of power grid construction is discussed,according to engineering construction procedure. |
