The flight numbers had been reduced or even cancelled on the route, on which the high-speed railway has started running. What will be the influence of larger operation of high- speed railway in the air transportation？ How should the civil aviation enterprise deal with the influence？ On the base of the situation to the development of high-speed railway, this text analyzes the influence, and suggests the strategy according to the difficulty and problem resulted from the above mentioned development.
