| 摘 要： | 民事庭前准备程序是民事诉讼程序中的重要环节，享有独立的程序地位，而我国的民事诉讼法赇民事庭前准备程序规定的较为简单和笼统，使之功能和作用尚未充分发挥。对我国民事诉讼法庭前准备程序作深入的探讨，从理论上厘清庭前准备程序的价值，进一步完善庭前准备程序，实现司法的公正和效率。

| Abstract: | The court procedure preparation for civil case is an important link in court procedure; it possesses an independent procedure position. But the civil procedure in China is prepared too simple and general in civil law, its function does not fully bring into play. This paper makes a discussion on civil court procedures, clarifies the value of court procedure, and perfects the court procedure in theory for realizing the efficiency and justice of judicatory. |
