The article,based on peasants,not only analyzed the significant ro les they played in China's revolution,construction and reformation,but also po inted out many situations in which China's socialist construction was in the sta te against the intrests of them.To this end,we must shift our minds into the c oncept of “People-Oriented”and fully rely on and exploit the main force of th e peasants,to inject strong and lasting vitality into the building of aharmoni ous socialist new countryside.
