摘    要:文章以文化视角为切入点,从儒家文化、关系和面子、权力距离、集体主义观念以及长期观念五个层面,来分析中国背景下企业员工沉默行为的文化根源。我们发现文化因素是员工沉默行为重要的前因变量,不同文化因素会造成员工表现出不同类型的沉默行为。

Abstract:Based on the cultural perspective as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the cultural root of the Staff Silence in China from the Confucian culture,face and relation,power distance,collectivism and the concept of long-term concept these five levels. We found that cultural factors are important variables which make employee become silence and different cultural factors can cause different types of silence.
