| 摘 要： | 可持续发展的目标是通过生态环境各领域的循环经济立法的相互配合来最终实现的,在矿产资源领域进行循环经济的立法有重要的作用。文章从这一观点出发,首先从宏观上论述了在生态环境各领域中加强循环经济立法的特殊意义;其次分析了在矿产资源的领域为保证矿业经济的可持续发展进行循环经济立法的重要性;最后对矿产资源领域中的循环经济立法提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | From the significance for legislation of recycling industries in the field of mineral resources,the paper first discusses the special meanings for strengthening the legislation of recycling industries in all the fields of the ecological environment from macroscopic view,and then points out the significance for sustainable development of mining economy,finally,it puts forward several suggestions. |
