摘    要:阐述了企业核心竞争力的特征,并从企业核心价值观和基本信念、企业组织与管理、知识与技能、软件与硬件系统四部分论述了企业核心竞争力的结构;进一步从创新、学习、文化、信息化、企业家等多方面论述了核心竞争力形成的原理。根据当前中小企业特征,提出了中小企业应分别从企业内和企业外建立和提升核心竞争力的途径和措施。

Abstract:The paper explains the characteristic of enterprise's key competition.And from enterprise's key values and basic faith,enterprise tissue and four parts of management,knowledge and skill,software and hardware system,it has described the structure of enterprise's key competitiveness.Further from innovating,learning,culture,informationization,entrepreneur,etc.,the paper describes the principle of key competitiveness forms.According to the present characteristic of small and medium-sized enterprises,it proposes those enterprises should set up and promote the key competitiveness from enterprises and outside enterprises separately.
