| 摘 要： | 人力资本是推动区域可持续发展的重要因素,不同区域间人力资本存量及作用效率的差异造成了区域可持续发展状况的差异。通过构建人力资本贡献模型考察了不同区域间人力资本对可持续发展贡献的状况,结果表明不同区域间人力资本对可持续发展的贡献存在较大的差别,而且同一区域中人力资本对区域可持续发展3个方面的贡献也存在差异。依据人力资本贡献的差异对各区域进行了划分,并在此基础上对区域人力资本贡献差异产生原因及相应的提升途径进行了探讨。
