| 摘 要： | 教师自主确定学习目标、选择学习方法、监控学习过程、评价学习结果的能力就是教师的自主学习能力,其中三个相互关联的系统体系是能力系统、动力系统和控制系统。培养教师的自主学习能力,也必须从这三个方面努力。
