| 摘 要： | 作为人口净流失和人口老龄化程度较高的地区,泰州"十二五"时期会面临着普通劳动力与技术人才同时短缺的问题。因此,提高适龄人口受教育水平,加强培养区域发展急需的各类专业人才,提高劳动力供给的质量和效率,必将成为泰州各级政府长期的重要目标。文章从纵深的角度分析劳动力就业数量和结构变化的趋势,以及对未来泰州经济发展方式转变与劳动就业变化的影响,并据此提出加强劳动力培养、优化劳动力供给的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | With the net population loss and a higher degree of aging population,there will be problems faced with the shortage of common labor and technical personnel during the 12th Five-Year Plan of Taizhou Therefore,it is the long-term and important target of Taizhou government to enhance educational level of age population,strengthen the trainning of professional talents,and improve the quality and efficiency of the labor supply.The article analyzes the relationship between the labor employment amount and the structure change trend and the effect in the transformation for Taizhou economic development mode and the employment change,then gives some relevant countermeasures and suggestions. |
