| 摘 要： | 本文首先对东道国政府之间的FDI竞争进行了理论分析，提出东道国政府之间对FDI的争夺主要在相邻的国家之间进行，且竞争主要集中于效率寻求型FDI中的低技术制成品及中技术和高技术中的简单终端产品。在此基础上，本文对我国与其他国家之间的FDI竞争进行了实证研究。最后，基于前面的理论分析和实证研究结果，文章指出，短期内，我国外资政策的调整不会对我国的引资数量产生大的影响；长期内，将有助于我国利用外资质量的提升和外资目标的实现。
