| 摘 要： | 随着《中长期铁路网规划》的逐步实施，我国将逐步形成发达完善的高速铁路网络。高速铁路发展对我国民航物流影响体现在合作竞争方面，它在增强铁路与民航物流替代性的同时，也使两者之间的互补性不断提高。考虑到我国处于运输化中期，民航与铁路物流都处于高速发展期，两者之间的合作关系是主要变量，但民航也要出台积极政策应对高速铁路带来的冲击。
