民工就业歧视的成因分析与对策研究

摘    要:民工就业歧视问题是一个普遍的社会现象,这一现象虽然暂时维护了城市中既得利益者的现有利益,但它既不利于体现社会公平和维护社会稳定,又不利于统筹城乡发展。民工就业歧视的深层原因主要表现为长期形成的制度性歧视和市场失灵而导致的工资歧视。消除这种歧视现象,必须完善现有的劳动力就业市场和民工保障机制,健全民工维权立法和民工培训制度。

Abstract:The employment discrimination against civilian workers is a common social phenomenon. Although this phenomenon uphold the profit of citizens, it is neither beneficial to embody social equality and keep social steady, nor beneficial to overall planning the development of cities and countryside. The causes of employment discrimination against civilian workers are system discrimination and payment discrimination that result from ineffective market. In order to eliminate this phenomenon, on one hand, we must improve laborers' market and civilian workers' guarantee system. On the other hand, we must perfect the legal system that protects civilian workers and training system for them.
