| 摘 要： | 企业和谐,贵在人和,而企业人和的关键在于利益关系的和谐。建立新型的企业与员工的利益关系,应加强制度建设,使新型利益关系制度化;帮助职工解决实际困难,关心群众生活经常化;打造先进企业文化,使和谐理念内在化。

| Abstract: | The harmony of enterprise lies in the harmony among people,while the key of it is the harmony of profitable relationship among people. To establish new type of profitable relationship between employees and employers,we should strengthen the establishment of system,make the new type relationship systemic,help them solve practical problems,care their life,create advanced enterprise culture and make the harmonious concept internalized. |
