| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是提高党的执政能力的要求之一,也是统一战线在新世纪新阶段的一项重要战略任务。统一战线要发挥自己的独特优势,坚持"大团结、大联合"的主题,充分发挥"争取人心,凝聚力量"等方面的作用,围绕经济建设这个中心,为构建社会主义和谐社会服务。
