| 摘 要： | 目前,我国法学教学存在重视理论教学,忽视学生实践能力培养等问题,从而导致毕业生难以适应法律实务工作需要。因此,法学教学改革应以加强实践性教学为方向,一方面采取案例教学法,另一方面组织学生参加法律实践活动。与此同时,加强师资队伍建设,提高教师司法实践经验和能力。

| Abstract: | At present,there exists the problem that theory is separated from practice in the teaching of law science which makes the graduates major in law can't be competent to practical legal profession.Therefore,we ought to transfer the teaching method of legal science in universities to "practical teaching" that integrates theoretical teaching to legal practice.In classroom teaching,the method of case teaching should be adopted;the students should be organized to take part in practical legal work.In the meantime,it is important for the teachers of law science to take part in practical legal work to get practical experiences of legal affairs. |
