| 摘 要： | 农村生态环境的不断恶化已严重影响到中国农产品的竞争力,农业的可持续发展,农民的生活质量,农村的稳定。我们只有从新农村建设的大局出发,找出农村生态环境不断恶化的深层原因,进行综合治理,才能在稳定农村,发展农村的前提下,从根本上减少农村污染,保护农村生态,建设整洁乡村。
