| 摘 要： | 文章从我国港口基础设施的分类入手,着眼于我国公用港口基础设施的投融资问题,从当前我国公用港口基础设施的投融资主体和投融资方式两个角度分析了我国公用港口基础设施投融资体制的现状,指出了其所存在的主要问题,并借鉴国外港口基础设施投融资体制的成功经验提出了解决这些问题的具体建议。
