服务外包产业与就业关系的实证研究——以大庆市为例

发展服务外包产业对于提高国际竞争力,促进就业具有积极的推动作用。大庆市近年来服务外包产业发展较快,如何更好的推动就业已成为我们必须面对的现实。对此,本文以大庆市服务外包产业园为研究对象,从服务外包产业园产值与就业人数的相关性上入手,使用计量经济模型对2007—2013年大庆市服务外包产业园的相关数据进行实证分析,在深层剖析服务外包产值与就业相关性后,提出了完善大庆市服务外包产业带动就业的具体对策。

Empirical Analysis of Service Outsourcing Industry and Employment Relationship-- A Case of Daqing

The development of service outsourcing industry has a positive role in improving international competitiveness and promoting employment.
