对当代“三农”问题对策的反思

“三农”问题已经成为制约我国经济社会进一步发展的突出问题。解决“三农”问题的对策主要有调整农业结构,农业产业化,农产品涨价,发展乡镇企业,减轻农民负担,增加农业补贴,加强农业投入和农业科研,加快城市化建设,等等。但每一种措施都难于从根本上解决中国的“三农”问题。

The Measures of Resolving the Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer Problems

Agriculture, countryside and farmer problems have become the key limitation to our country' s further development. There are so many measures on resolving these problems, such as rearranging agricultural construction, agriculture industrialization, agricultural product price rising, developing town and township enterprise, lightening farmer load, increasing agriculture subsidy, adding agricultural investment in research, and speeding urbanization and so on.But none can resolve the problems thoroughly.
