| 摘 要： | 本文从风险投资评估的规律出发 ,结合我国风险投资运作的特点 ,就评估主体、评估客体、信息结构、评估理论四个方面分析了我国风险投资项目评估失准问题的成因。选择评估机制再设计作为应对机制 ,并针对上述成因 ,从评估机制的构成要素评估流程、调研体系、指标体系、评估方法入手 ,提出了评估机制设计的具体建议和措施。

Analysis on the Cause of Inaccurateness in Venture Capital Evaluation and Redesign for Evaluation Mechanism |

| Abstract: | Based on the rule of venture capital (VC) evaluation and the specialty of VC in our country, the paper analyzes the central causes of the problem on inaccurateness in VC evaluation in respect of the subject of evaluation, object of evaluation, information structure, and evaluation theory. Choose the redesign of evaluation mechanism as the solution of the problem, then aimed at theabove causes, the paper puts forward the detailed proposals and measures for redesigning the VC evaluation mechanism concerning the evaluation procedure, investigation system, index system, and evaluation method. |
